ELENAVISION
Elenavision explores the conditions under which synthetic social-media characters can actually build an audience.
Not in a demo.
Not with reach already prepared.
But on real platforms, with real recommendation systems and real reactions.
The real question is larger:
Can an AI-native production system develop ideas, produce content, measure results and learn from them under real conditions?
Elenavision is therefore an experiment, a proof of concept and a stress test at once.
Good pictures are not enough.
A piece of content first has to be distributed at all.
Then it has to hold the attention of real people.
And finally an openly synthetic character has to create enough recognition and acceptance for a real audience to form.
The system therefore has to clear two hurdles:
algorithmic distribution
and
human acceptance
A demo shows what AI can generate.
A public stress test shows whether a system works under real conditions.
Experiment 01 — Elena
Elena was the beginning.
Her visual identity, tone and stance were developed with substantial human input and stabilised with AI across many production methods.
Her content logic has since sharpened as well:
small action, disproportionate consequence, minimal reaction.
Dry. Brief. Deadpan.
Strongly human-led. Built with AI.
Experiment 02 — Nora Layover
Nora was developed differently.
Character profile, positioning and a large part of the creative direction were developed much more strongly through AI-supported iteration.
The human role shifted further toward selection, correction and the final gate.
Nora’s content follows a different logic as well:
The world stays credible.
Aircraft. Galley. Airport. Layover. Hotel. Destination.
Inside that world, Nora is allowed to play.
The space stays real. Nora may play.
AI-led. Human-gated.
No single model works behind Elenavision.
Different AI systems take on different tasks:
Added to that are local models, cloud systems, automation and human decisions.
The interesting part often lies not in a single model, but between the systems.
AI systems do not only generate variants.
In the running experiment they increasingly become sources of ideas as well.
The decisive step is not the volume of output.
It lies where not only variants appear, but new search spaces:
a new axis,
a different assumption,
a new mechanism,
an unexpected combination.
AI thus increasingly becomes not only a tool for ideas.
It becomes part of how they come into being.
Our principle:
Observed → Interpretation → Decision
A strong clip does not prove a formula.
A weak clip does not disprove a character.
A striking curve is not yet causality.
That is why we document not only successes, but also weak results, wrong hypotheses, technical limits and things we cannot yet explain.
Field notes, not a success story.
Elenavision
An ongoing public stress test by Internet Commerce GmbH for synthetic characters, visual AI and AI-native production systems.
Two different characters.
Two different mechanisms.
One shared laboratory.
The outcome is open.
